Even though they were a manager, they didn’t feel like a manager who only sells without real knowledge, but like someone who professionally introduces surgery. The consultation with the director was also refreshing and witty. That said, the director’s style was stronger than the patient’s request. Still, I trusted them and the surgery result was also very satisfying. There was no pain at all, so much so that I forgot I had even had surgery. The manager kept taking care of me too, and I could see they were genuinely trying to look after me.
