I booked a consultation after looking at the doctor's cafe, blog, and various other cases. Because the doctor has a high level of professionalism, I felt a bit of firmness, or maybe resolve..? Stubbornness..? in a good way. The manager was extremely kind and explained things very thoroughly, so I had no more questions left....
