I failed 1, 2, 3 surgeries, and my upturned nose would not come down, so someone from another hospital said this place was good, so I went there thinking it would be my last surgery.. They used septal cartilage and inserted silicone, but now, almost ten years after the surgery, my nostrils are still visible and the side profile is like that. In the end I had another revision somewhere else. Is lowering an upturned nose really that hard? I don’t know why it keeps failing every time. This place is not a specialist in revision nose surgery either.
