The doctor explains things in detail, but is a bit stubborn and not especially kind. The coordinator is kind and does a thorough consultation. They seemed to speak pretty honestly. The hospital facilities are very old and kind of rough......... But for me, since I only wanted the inner corner revision to the point of just hiding the scar and not much actual restoration, it feels like it would be a little hard to go through with that alone
