It was my first consultation for nose surgery, so I went to a place I had looked into ten years ago! It seemed like a place with almost no marketing. I went in without deciding on a nose standard or model, and the doctor told me to come back with a clear idea of the nose I want. I felt like I was being scolded, but it made sense, so I understood…! He looked at my nose and said my septum was deviated, and that during correction he would put in silicone and use ear cartilage and septum. But he was concerned that my septum was small, and he said it would be better to dissolve the filler and then come back for another consultation.
