The method of surgery was unfamiliar, and since the amount of incision was large, I didn’t want to take the risk. The price was higher than at other hospitals. It felt like they were giving me a formal answer rather than a consultation tailored to me, so I passed. Revision surgery has to be done carefully, and I want to do it at a hospital that really understands the problems with my eyes.
