I had my epicanthoplasty revision done here, and because it didn't go well, I was going to get a second revision elsewhere, but the revision clinic asked me to bring the previous surgery record from the place where I had the first surgery. So I asked for the surgery record, but they said I first had to come in, consult with the director, and then come back again to receive the surgery record... Other hospitals let you come pick it up the next day if you ask by KakaoTalk or phone even just one day in advance.. Having to come in twice just to get the surgery record was a bit surprising (the quote cost was from several years ago, so I don't remember it exactly ㅠㅠ)
