Doctor kindness: It feels less like they’re consulting me and more like they’re making their own conclusion and just telling the patient the estimate... If you have a lot of questions, go to another hospital first and then come here later. Consultation expertise: Even the way they set the line felt somehow off.. Of course it wasn’t the final surgical line, but... I don’t think they would explain things in much depth unless you seemed like someone who had already researched a lot. Staff kindness: They are kind, but their main goal seems to be pushing surgery no matter what, and they don’t seem to help much when it comes to making the patient’s decision.
