I heard through an acquaintance that this place specializes in non-incisional procedures and only does eyes that are likely to turn out well. (My acquaintance and my acquaintance's friend also went here and were told they could not be operated on.) They said they do not do surgery on eyes that are difficult or unlikely to turn out well, so I went to see how difficult my eyes might be. The director said he did not think he could do these eyes and told me that for difficult eyes like this, I should go to Seoul to have it done. I felt they were extremely conscientious and not just out to make money. Still, since I had come all the way there, they said they would at least consult with me, answered a few questions I had, and sent me off. (The estimate was 0 won; since 1 won could not be entered, I just wrote 1,000,000 won.)
