I have asymmetrical eyes, with a hidden double eyelid on the left and an in-out eye on the right, and my eyebrow distance was wide too. So from frequent double eyelid tape, the skin between my brows had drooped a lot. The doctor was older and had come from Seoul, which made me trust them a bit more. The moment they looked at my eyes, they said that because of the drooping skin, the buried-suture method would definitely loosen, so incision was necessary, and that epicanthoplasty was essential. They also said my eye-opening strength wasn’t so weak that I needed ptosis correction, but if I wanted eyes larger than with tape, ptosis correction would be fine. I was a little scared of the doctor, but my mom said they were blunt and honest and strongly recommended this one out of the three places. So I put down a 200,000 won deposit and decided to get surgery for 2.5 million won. The price is a bit on the expensive side.. My surgery is next week, and after I get it done I’ll write again.
