It was a reservation-only clinic that took one patient at a time, and the waiting time was about 10 minutes longer. The doctor tried making a double eyelid and then outright did not recommend surgery at all. They said my eyes are the kind that don't form a good double eyelid, and if I really wanted it I'd need an incision, but scars on men don't look good, so I thought it was an honest clinic. There was no consultation fee.
