I could feel the director's professionalism, and they did not forcefully recommend excessive plastic surgery. It seems they pursue natural results rather than something artificial, so the explanation they gave felt trustworthy. However, I know them as an expert in the soft zygoma patent zygoma surgery, and there are divided opinions about fixation and non-fixation after osteotomy. Here, they use a minimally invasive non-fixation method, and the director says that because they do a minimal incision around the capsule and do not separate the skin, it is safe even without fixation and there will be no nonunion, but I am very curious whether there really have been no problems and whether there are people with actual experience.
