There is a separate consultation fee, but I was disappointed that they didn't take a separate bone photo and only did the consultation by visual examination. I wanted them to compare cases, but they said it differs from person to person, so it's hard to predict what the result will be. The director was kind, didn't pressure me, and I trusted the fact that he was so confident.
