You do the consultation with the head coordinators. The doctors don't really do the consultations much. Most of the staff are very kind! The doctors are mostly kind too! That said, it is kind of factory-like. The pink fat-dissolving injections are pretty effective. The contour injections don't do much unless you get the premium contour version.
