I didn't get a separate consultation and proceeded with the procedure after paying the event price. Reservations and changes by KakaoTalk are always possible, and maybe because the place is so big, I almost never had to wait even though I visited several times in the evening. The system is well organized from reception to the procedure. They showed everything from opening the exosome product to mixing the medicine while explaining it. I liked that they kept telling me they were disinfecting their hands in between, which made me feel reassured about hygiene. The staff in the treatment room and the doctor were kind. The first time I went, the front desk staff were not especially kind in guiding the flow.
