First of all, not being able to do phone consultations is a bit inconvenient, and I don't know why they don't do them.. Also, the first treatment seemed to have some effect, but the second one I got recently, I'm not sure if it worked or not... But I did like that they took me into a private room during the procedure and respected my privacy.
