I had an appointment, but I called ahead because I thought I'd be 20 minutes late due to the bus schedule. The clinic said they understood it as me arriving 30 minutes later, so I said okay and arrived 20 minutes late. About 10 minutes later, the consultation manager called me into the consultation room and said the director had been waiting but went into surgery, so I should wait in the consultation room for a bit. When I asked whether I would have to wait about an hour, they said it wouldn't be that long. Then, after about 1 hour and 20 minutes, they left me alone, and only then did the consultation manager come in and say the director was delayed in surgery and I'd need to wait another hour. I asked if I could wait somewhere else and come back, but they said to consult with them instead. By then I felt it was such a waste of time that I said I'd go to a cafe and wait, but they said, did I really need to consult with the director? So I was kind of dazed and ended up consulting. The consultation manager was truly rude and had zero consultation expertise. I said I open my eyes from my forehead and that it caused a little forehead wrinkle, and they recommended Botox. For reference, I'm in my early 20s. They didn't even design the line for me or do anything, and I had two desired lines, but they said, 'You have to choose one ㅋ.' I won't write everything because it would get too long, but at this point it wasn't even funny. And since I had a lot of questions, I asked the consultation manager to send them over KakaoTalk, but strangely the reservation-related messages came by text, not KakaoTalk, so I wasn't added on KakaoTalk. When I showed my phone and asked about it, they just took my phone without even asking, 'Should I add you?' added themselves on KakaoTalk, and handed it back. I won't write the swear words because of censorship, but I was seriously furious. I think they really looked down on me because I was young and came alone and treated me terribly, and the fact that I'm bad at dealing with people so I couldn't respond properly was honestly heartbreaking and unbearable. I couldn't see the doctor's face, so I don't know about the doctor's kindness, so that's 3 points. The consultation manager was truly, truly awful and infuriating. A person who treats others' time like water.
