I haven't actually had surgery or anything, so I don't know what to expect, but the consultation was really thorough and took a long time. It was a revision-surgery consultation, and even though they didn't charge a consultation fee, they looked at me in such detail, even doing an endoscopy, that I felt like I should pay them something. From having had several nose surgeries, what I've learned is that the most basic condition when choosing a clinic is whether the doctor listens carefully and properly understands the patient's words. Actual surgical skill and results may be different, but at least you can tell whether they are sincerely listening and correctly grasping the patient's needs. The consultation manager was also kind, which I really appreciated.
