That head nurse was really... something else. Because of that nurse, I wanted to cancel on the day of surgery. Since I had already paid everything, I gritted my teeth and went through with it, but from the moment I came out after surgery until the splint came off and the swelling went down, I was glad I held out. The doctor seemed to really understand the image the patient wanted and tried hard to express that image in the surgery. But the satisfaction only lasted about a year.
