I got bridge surgery with donated rib cartilage and silicone. The conclusion is: ruined. I had a bulbous nose, but absolutely nothing changed.. I went because it was cheap, and I’m beating my head against the wall regretting that I should have saved up more and done it properly. I’m so annoyed, and I seriously wonder how it could have changed nothing at all.. Did they even do any surgery at all?
