It’s been 6 to 7 months since I had otoplasty for protruding ears. Right after the surgery, they looked the cutest, and after that they went back to how they originally were.... After protruding ear surgery, I feel like they’re only pretty for the one week while there’s swelling. Mine have gone back to sticking out again so much that even in photos now there’s hardly any difference
