Because my ears have always been flat, I was stressed about it all the time, so I looked into ear surgery. At first I honestly didn't even know it existed, but I found out after reading reviews in this community. I also chose a clinic that had the most post-surgery reviews, and went for a consultation. I'm quite satisfied with the consultation. Since I made an appointment, I didn't have to wait long, and the explanation was very good. It was detailed but easy to understand, and I could picture how the aftercare would go too. I also liked that there was only one director, and the fact that there was no pressure to book was a real plus. If I make up my mind, I'll have the surgery here lol
