Before surgery: Doctor was kind. Consultation manager and staff were kind. The hospital was clean. The explanation was simple and straightforward without any excessive packaging, which made me trust them. I was surprised by the 8 million won estimate, but I went ahead because I trusted the price. What I regretted after surgery: Even when I asked about side effects that appeared after surgery, they only said, 'It was intentionally done that way' and 'Let's just see how it goes.' Since having surgery here, I've started to worry about the idea that if it's expensive, it must be good. There was no clear explanation about aftercare or A/S, etc.
