I think they pursue a natural look without going overboard. I had double eyelid surgery done by the buried-suture method. An older acquaintance had recommended a natural look before. For now, this is a doctor I trust and leave it to. And they don't recommend unnecessary things at all. Even if I say I want it, they tell me I don't have to do it. I like that part.
