The doctor had a very cool vibe. If you want kindness, this might not be the place for you. He seemed very confident in his own surgical method. He was the type to hit you with the facts. He didn’t recommend unnecessary surgeries, and he said clearly when something couldn’t be done, so that still made me trust him a bit.
