More than 10 years ago, when it was at Apgujeong Station Exit 4, I had nose surgery done by the current chief surgeon. My nose only had a very slight hump, but they said I needed osteotomy and ended up removing all the nasal bone. I went to another hospital for revision surgery and cried while taking photos. I used to have a high nasal bridge, but they really shaved the bone down until not even 1 bit of nasal bone was left. After the first surgery, my nostrils became uneven. Paid anesthesia fee and had a second surgery. Still uneven. Paid anesthesia fee and had a third surgery. Still uneven. In the end I went to another hospital, had revision surgery, and became human again. Every time I went for revision surgery, the consultation coordinator had changed, and the aftercare was a total mess too. Before going into surgery, the nurse kept calling my name and saying I came for nose surgery, but aren’t you here for double-jaw surgery? They should have realized something was wrong then. And after the surgery I was even hospitalized for something that wasn’t planned at all (when I woke up after anesthesia, I was in a hospital room). Back then the nurse said there was a lot of bleeding, so I should stay overnight and be discharged the next day, but thinking about it now, it’s a relief I didn’t die. This is the classic factory-style plastic surgery clinic that spends a ton on marketing to lure in naive patients, then botches the surgery and botches aftercare too
