After the third surgery at another hospital, contracture developed, and since they said a revision for a contracted nose had to wait 6 months, after 6 months I went for a consultation to get the revision surgery. I was recommended autologous costal cartilage and donor rib cartilage, and they said donor rib cartilage was safe too, so I had the revision with donor rib cartilage. At first I liked the shape, but as the swelling gradually went down, the bridge became severely crooked, my nostrils were gradually pulled up, and there was an unknown foul smell inside my nose... After that I had another revision at a different hospital, but my nostrils are still asymmetrical, so I was looking into another revision. Recently I inquired about a consultation, and I was told that the director who operated on me now only performs facial contouring, so they connected me with another doctor. The hospital has since moved... I'm thinking about whether I should go consult the other doctor they connected me with at the front desk...
