I went because of YouTube. The doctor was full of confidence, and all the staff were kind. The hospital facilities felt a bit old-fashioned, like they’d been running for a long time, and most of the patients seemed to be in their 50s and 60s. I was looking forward to the surgery, and the hollowing next to my nose definitely improved, but it still looks a bit lifted.
