I had tip rhinoplasty several years ago. During the consultation, they carefully looked over my face, pinpointed which parts were the problem, and were honest and straightforward about what couldn't be done. They said they would only adjust the parts that could be adjusted, so I trusted them and had the surgery. The area that was bothering me was improved quite a bit more than I expected, and because nothing was inserted or anything like that, I've been living well without side effects so far. I'm very satisfied. The staff were kind.
