I went for a consultation because I have a bridge, but the tip of my nose droops badly. I had thought all along that it was a hump, but when the doctor looked at it, they said it wasn't really a hump! Honestly, I was scared of osteotomy and worried about implants, so I went after seeing reviews that they were good with implant-free cases, and because my bridge is pretty, they explained that the line would become smoother just by lifting the tip without touching the whole nose.. I felt like they were consulting from the patient's perspective and didn't recommend unnecessary surgery.
