Because of the fat on my upper cheeks, the nasolabial area next to my nose was bothering me, so while looking into augmentation surgery, I learned about this place through YouTube. I was told filler isn't permanent and can't be completely removed, so I decided to get permanent augmentation surgery. At first I was uncomfortable with the idea of putting silicone into my face, but the doctor confidently said it would stay in place and be effective, so I trusted them and went ahead. It seems to have worked, and it looks natural and I'm satisfied.
