The director spoke with such confidence that I felt like I could trust them. The manager also consulted with me kindly. There was no separate recommendation for other surgeries or procedures, which I liked, and I paid the deposit and booked the surgery right away. They said this month’s schedule was already fully booked, but because the procedure only takes 20 minutes, they could fit me in during a gap, so I decided to do it this month.
