I went to consult about paranasal surgery, but all they said was that it was a good decision to come here, and there was almost no explanation about the surgery itself. The expression on their face felt like, "If you're curious, just ask," which, honestly, as a patient who was going to have surgery, was really disappointing. And the consultation manager subtly pushed me to book the surgery, so I'm just going to do it somewhere else.
