I had nose-tip surgery at Yonsei UP. Because I was told that if I put in cartilage it would definitely drop later, I was too scared to do it. My nose is so bulbous that the front view is a little disappointing, but... I'm satisfied. Even if I had used autologous cartilage or septal cartilage, I might be satisfied now but regret it later. Please think it through well instead of assuming, "There's no way that will happen to me.."
