The front desk staff are kind. As with many places, the consultation director gives a strong sales-rep vibe. If I’m going to a hospital, honestly I want the doctor to do any procedure, but until right before the procedure I couldn’t see the doctor’s face at all, and then they only briefly showed up at the time of the procedure... You get what you pay for, so if possible I’d rather spend the money and go somewhere else.
