The staff are very kind, but the director has a very strong opinion. Because my eyes were very uneven, I asked them to match the line, but they said firmly that they couldn’t do that (before surgery I thought it meant they couldn’t make everything match). They also don’t have you open and close your eyes during surgery to check the line. Since I had my first surgery here, I thought the director was more skilled and confident... but after the fact, I don’t think that’s necessarily all there is to it. It’s been about a year since the surgery, and I’m not dissatisfied, but I do feel a little regret. Still, it’s incredibly natural, and the swelling goes down very quickly.
