My double chin had gotten worse, so I went for a consultation thinking about trying lifting, but I didn't realize my face looked bigger because of my salivary glands until then. People in the reviews said everyone was kind, and I thought so too. They were pretty nice to me. You do feel a foreign-body sensation for about a day, but after that passes, the effect is good, so I recommend it. But the effect doesn't last all that long.
