The clinic facilities are good and the staff are kind, but there is no consultation with a doctor. I figured that might be because it's a procedure, but compared to the facilities it gave off a factory-like feel. The manager was kind during the consultation, but it felt like they couldn't identify the problems with my face better than I could. They said things in a way that implied, "Your face looks fine, so why are you even doing this procedure?" The effect was basically nonexistent...
