My younger sibling got their nose done at Rio, so I went there for a consultation too. I had made an appointment, but they said the director was in surgery and it was urgent, so I couldn't even sit down and only exchanged a few words while standing. They should have scheduled me for a time when consultation was possible instead.. I was disappointed.
