I made a consultation appointment and went, but since the doctor was in surgery, I was told I couldn’t consult with him and had a consultation with the manager instead. Then they recommended various things, and when I said I wanted to talk about the surgery method with the director, they said he would say the same thing anyway and that the explanation was sufficient. When they told me I’d have to wait indefinitely longer to meet the director, the consultation ended.
