I made an online consultation reservation and went after receiving the time 안내, but they didn't tell me in advance that I couldn't consult with the director. I was disappointed. After going in and finishing all the consultation with the manager, I asked about consulting with the director, and only then did they say it wasn't possible... The facility was large, clean, and fine.
