At first this was the first clinic I visited after only researching online, and the manager was so kind that I felt much more at ease. Then I met the doctor, and although he was a bit chic, the fact that he honestly told me what surgery my nose needed was reassuring. He was also a little witty, so I could relax during the consultation. But it didn't suit me, since I had gone thinking I wanted no implant, and that was disappointing
