I wanted a natural result, but the operating room hygiene was not particularly good. The building was conveniently located near Gangnam Station, so it was easy to access. I lived outside Seoul at the time, but getting there was fairly easy, and the hospital facilities were clean. However, I remember seeing blood on the sheet when I lay on the operating table. Still, the surgery must have gone well, because there were no side effects, adverse drug reactions, or other unusual issues. My nasal implant has held up without problems for several years. I only regret not being a little more ambitious and having the nasal bones cut to make my nose slimmer. But it was a long time ago, so both the doctor and the hospital itself have probably changed a lot by now...
