About a year and a half ago, I had an inner philtrum reduction. I hesitated a lot because of the scar, but now the scar is barely noticeable with makeup and can only be seen if you look for it without makeup. My skin is fairly pale, so it does not seem very noticeable..! I was also advised to do the mouth corners and outer part, but I thought I could not cope with scars on my lips, so I only did the inner part. I think it was good not to do more.. haha. If I could go back, I probably would not have surgery. My philtrum was not extremely long, so makeup covered it to some extent. Please do it only if you really need it..!
