They reduced my 2 cm philtrum to 1.5 to 1.6 cm. But it still looked long, so I got revision surgery somewhere else. Now it is 1.2 to 1.3 cm. The doctor was kind and someone I could talk to comfortably, which I liked. They also consistently took care of the scar laser afterward, which was good. The cost seemed reasonable, and my satisfaction with the surgery is so-so. It is neither bad nor extremely satisfying. I also had a philtrum dimple procedure, but I am not sure it had much effect. At first, my philtrum felt a bit pinched, which worried me, but over time it became okay. In the end, it is so-so.
