I had it done 7 to 8 years ago, and the director was kind. But because of the nature of an augmentation with an implant, my mouth kept moving, so the silicone moved along with it, which was uncomfortable, and I developed inflammation, so I ended up having the silicone removed. They removed it at no extra cost, and the consultation was kind, so I thought the director was a good person.
