This is just my personal opinion, but I think the service here is nice because it's very consistent. It's not excessively kind, but it's not rude either, so I was able to have a consultation without feeling pressured. On top of that, both the manager and the director are really good at consultations. The director recommended things well in line with my preferred style and understood my needs well. The manager didn't pressure me. And I really liked how they organized and summarized the things I discussed with the director.
