The consultation with the manager was just neither especially kind nor especially unkind. While I was sitting and waiting, a staff member seemed to be dragging a chair around and going in and out of the room, which didn’t look good. Among the hospitals I visited, the consultation with the director here was the best. They explained things in detail while carefully adjusting the line here and there, asked me what I was worried about with my eyes, and the consultation went on for quite a while. I liked how well they answered every question I asked.
