There were really a lot of people waiting. I ended up waiting so long that making a reservation felt pointless. I even saw other customers leave while waiting. I thought they should spread out the bookings a bit more. The consultation ended fairly quickly, and the doctor seemed kind. Still, compared with how long I waited, it was over very fast.
