I had double eyelid surgery there 8 years ago, and the swelling lasted for almost 3 years, the line wasn't smooth, and maybe they cut too much because my eyebrows dropped and my brow bone looked more prominent, so I told them about it, but they said it in the sense that I should get a brow lift.. I was in high school.... Well, time has passed so maybe they've improved by now, but 8 years ago it was a surgery experience that only left me with scars.
